Certified Pool Operator with years of hands-on experience in property maintenance, landscaping, painting, pool care, and general repairs across residential and commercial properties.

Homes 2 Castles was founded by sisters Cindy Castillo and Valerie Castillo — two women with decades of real, hands-on experience in construction, property management, maintenance, landscaping, pool care, and home improvement. They built their careers in Puerto Rico and Michigan, and are now bringing that same dedication and work ethic to Florida's Southeast Coast.
Together, we believe a home doesn't have to be a castle to deserve exceptional care.

Meet Cindy
Cindy Castillo
Cindy brings more than 15 years of experience in construction, renovation, project management, real estate, and property management. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, graduating cum laude, and later earned her MBA from the University of Phoenix.
As a licensed Michigan general contractor and former real estate broker in both Puerto Rico and California, Cindy has spent her career looking at properties from more than one perspective—how they're built, how they're maintained, how they function, and how improvements can add both beauty and value.
Her experience ranges from everyday home repairs and improvements to complete residential renovations, additions, historic restorations, insurance restoration, commercial projects, and church renovations. She has managed more than 100 projects, coordinated subcontractors and trades, and overseen a wide range of budgets.
Cindy also has extensive experience managing furnished rental properties and understands the unique demands of short-term and vacation rentals—from maintenance and turnovers to presentation, functionality, guest readiness, and creating spaces people remember.
Meet Valerie
Valerie Castillo
Valerie brings the hands-on side of property care to Homes 2 Castles, with a diverse background in property maintenance, remodeling, landscaping, grounds maintenance, commercial and residential pool care, and general home repairs.
A Certified Pool Operator (CPO), Valerie has extensive experience with pool construction and maintenance, water chemistry, preventive maintenance, and the care of large residential and commercial pool systems.
Her experience also includes landscaping and plant care, pressure washing, interior and exterior painting, drywall repairs, light plumbing and electrical fixture work, irrigation, fencing, gutters, doors and locks, assembly, appliance installation, and general property maintenance.
Valerie is happiest working hands-on and outdoors. She has spent years developing the practical skills needed to keep properties safe, attractive, functional, and well cared for.

What makes Homes 2 Castles different is the combination of our skills. Cindy brings construction management, design, renovation, real estate, staging, budgeting, and project coordination. Valerie brings years of hands-on maintenance, landscaping, pool care, and property-service experience.
We built our careers in Puerto Rico and Michigan — working with homeowners, investors, and property managers who trusted us to show up, do quality work, and communicate honestly. We're now establishing ourselves in Florida, and we're bringing that same track record and work ethic with us.
Whether we're helping a homeowner knock out a growing project list, refreshing a property before it goes on the market, improving a vacation rental, or transforming a tired space into something beautiful — our approach is the same: treat the property with care, do quality work, communicate clearly, and find solutions that make sense for the client's needs and budget.
We aren't interested in selling homeowners work they don't need. We're interested in building relationships, solving problems, and becoming the people our clients know they can call when something around their home needs attention.
